Village Election - Tuesday, March 18, 2025 

ELECTION RESULTS:

Sandra J Smith,  received 32 votes and has be re-elcted Mayor, two year term

James G Murphy, received 33 votes and has been re-elected as a Trustee, two year term 

Kylie M Allen, received 30 votes and has been elected as a Trustee, two year term

To be eligible to vote in Village Elections:  You must be registered with Herkimer County Board of Elections.

If you are not already registered or need to update your registration, you will need to do so with the Herkimer County Board of Elections. 

Applications for voter registration can be found at the Herkimer County Board of Elections web site.

EARLY MAIL VOTING - Applications are no longer being accpted until the 2026 Village Election time.

Chapter 481 of the Laws of 2023 authorize early mail voting.  Known  as the "New York Early Mail Voter Act," this method is available to voters for all elections, including village elections.

A registered village resident may request an early mail ballot by providing a written application to the village clerks office.

The application may be hand delivered or mailed to:  Village of West Winfield, PO Box 308, West Winfield NY 13491
